The 74th running of the Irish 2000 Guineas was held on Sunday 15th May 1994 over 1 mile of The Curragh. The winner received €220,000 and was owned by Mr Robert Sangster, trained by Peter Chapple-Hyam and ridden by John Reid. The winner won by 15 lengths in 1 minute 50.1 seconds, with a short head between second and third.
